Zoe’s experience covers a wide range of corporate and commercial work including equity investments, M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance and structuring and commercial contracts.

  • Advising numerous companies in connection with their series A fundraisings.
     

  • Advising a Dubai based company on its corporate structure and subsequent acquisition of multiple companies into the group.
     

  • Advising an existing shareholder on an increase of its shareholding and complex restructure of the group companies, including commercial arrangements, by way of share acquisitions and related business transfers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.
     

  • Advising a company on joint venture and consortium arrangements for a major construction project in Saudi Arabia with multiple parties.
     

  • Advising minority shareholders on their exit from a joint venture.
     

  • Advising a multinational organisation on a corporate restructure of part of its business, including a debt for equity swap and the exit of minority parties.
